Organization history
The Lewistown Elks Lodge was organized 1n 1899.  The Lodge purchased the Lewistown golf course in 1936  after the course had gone into receivership due to default on it's loans.  The Elks operated the course as the Elks Country Club for it's members until 1997 when it changed the name to Pine Meadows Golf Course and opened the course to play by the public.

The Elks bar and lounge is open for drinks, sandwiches and snacks from April 1st to the end of September.

The dining room is open for lunches weekdays from April 1st until the end of September by "Harrys on the Hill".  Weddings, wedding receptions, reunions, aniversaries, meetings and many other events are hosted at any time of the year.

There is a full service Pro Shop with lessons available from the golf Pro.  A driving range, a chipping green and a putting green provide practice facilities to fine tune your game.
